So our goal is to give up any good deals left in this profession. Always credit 1 hour for 1 hour or less? Spend more time away from home/family to pay the bills.
Sorry but this seems extremely short sighted. Isn't there already enough gives in this profession. Is it asking too much to keep some good things to counterbalance? Also, what kind of person pushes to give these remaining items away for a small pay raise?!
That same individual telling you that you are "not smart to vote no" once believed his T-38 instructor that they wouldn't be able to hear each other in the T-38 simulator when they exceeded Mach 1...
