The NMB can't park us. We have a signed, enforceable agreement that requires both sides to jointly petition for mediation in March of 2016. The hardest part of mediation is getting the NMB to agree to it. That hurdle has already been crossed.
OK, so we go to mediation...doesn't mean we have a deal, negotiations continue and while we're there we continue to collect 3% pay raises to match United and American until 2018(where did that .55% we just got come from?)and we get to keep our current(superior) contract benefits.
