The NMB can't park us. We have a signed, enforceable agreement that requires both sides to jointly petition for mediation in March of 2016. The hardest part of mediation is getting the NMB to agree to it. That hurdle has already been crossed.

park us sure. But they have presidential ellections all 2016, and a year delegated to transition afterwords. So yeah, legally they will be "working" on our mediation, but honestly do you think a single thing will get done?
