First of all, I don't have boys. You're like an old scratched up record that keeps skipping and playing the same tune.
The reason it's important to hire professional negotiators is precisely because of their detachment. You give them your inviolate items and what you must gain, then you turn them loose to do their jobs in an ice cold and completely detached manner. It's the same reason you never use your own staff attorneys to sue or defend yourself in a suit. You hire outside litigators to do that because your own attorneys are too personally attached.

The guys we use are the same guys that used to work directly for ALPA. They outsourced those folks now. This is not how you do things if you actually want to win.

See above. You're a stuck mic on the frequency and not even listening. They only negotiate what you tell them you must have. Why should they care about living under the contract? They only do what you've asked of them. And they never cry.

They're not blithering idiots at all. They just signed a TA that did NOT meet the direction of the MEC. Why they did that (again) is unknowable. One other thing tsquare, negotiating is a full time admin position. Many of them are on full time flight pay loss. They don't live under our contract.

Quite the contrary. I want ALPA to change. I demand they return to their roots as a labor union. I'm using ALL the tools at my disposal to achieve that. Despite the name calling from people like you.
