It's unfortunate but it is what it is. I will say when US Airways was doing the hiring they hired a ton of AWAC guys and very little PSA/PDT, I think they saw the value in the pilot group and liked the guys there. I only knew two guys turned down after getting interviews.



It sucks about the DAL flying, I know it was really helping morale.

While technically correct on the history, why would they be celebrating 50 years? What exists today is the result of smart business moves and is worth celebrating.
