Well, to put things into perspective (and as food for thought), in 2014 I believe the then Eagle management stated it intended to hire approximately 600 pilots and I heard actually got something like about 106. At that time, they had the PPA flow-through in place, as well.

The pilots simply aren't there in the numbers needed to fuel any flow-through's that advertise a steady stream of dozens per month. They weren't then and there is even less now and that number dwindles with every passing month.
