However that being said AAG is looking to move all regional flying in house. Who's to say that don't try and buy AWAC or RAH if it gets to staffing issues? Who's to say they won't renew AWAC contract which I'd highly doubt?

But what I'm saying is that if AWAC doesn't secure flying before the end of it's AAG contract many.... I mean many pilots will start to bail. We saw it here at Piedmont until we signed out last contract giving us a flow and secure new planes. AAG has gone full force in taking whatever means it does to staff and it will probably come from Cherry Picking at other regionals. They are about to announce more incentives in the future.

But you are right it will be something to see if AAG can get these planes staffed. I'm sure some new FO's at other regionals might see PDT is a good opportunity to get in now before the RJ's come. But will it even be enough????
