I don't think it necessarily invalidates their opinions, but absolutely biases their input. Why? Because they're not being paid to provide input. They're being paid to get educated on the MEC administrations opinion, then go out and spread that word. P2P volunteers who get flight pay loss are not being paid to get educated, then spread their own personal opinions.

I do agree with you that we should read the TA language itself. I don't agree that it is easy to understand. It is legalese, and that is not always self explanatory. Consider me the lowest common denominator if you want, but I can't necessarily understand the legal words, so I need a little help.
