It's a triple concession:

1. Less 'good' trips for F/O's to bid

2. Less F/O's required in every category (that's why management wants it)

3. Less money paid to 75% of the F/O's who used to drop LCA trips and pick up a GS (that's also why management wanted this)

Less time off, less money, less hiring oh, an less quality trips remaining.

Yeah, it's a concession.
