It's going to get worse! You guys are in the same situation as Piedmont was 2 years ago. Aging Planes, Long Upgrade Time, No future = People jumping ship for other airlines. We had tons of people 5 years ago leave for RAH, AWAC and ASA.
Only people that will hang on are senior FO's and Senior Captains. Wait till the first ERJ's hit Piedmont in Jan. The upgrade here will drop to less then a year and with a quick upgrade and a Job waiting at American why not go and get a jump on your career instead of waiting 4 years for an upgrade??
Could you be anymore douchey Billyho? Anybody who leaves AWAC for Piedmont or PSA is leaving a lot on the table...you can have all of our washouts...but those who do get through our training...they will stay.
