Go for a company that will employ you from the start of training.

The ones that employ you after the checkride do that only to be able to treat you in any way they want without you having any rights or being able to get help from the union as you are not an employee.


Those companies will tell you that they will listen and be very open and that they have open door policy with the students. The reality is far from that.........as a non employed in training you do not belong to the "gang" and will be seen in a negative way if you speak out about anything you will feel is wrong.
