ok, before you listen to this guy remember that at every regional that is an alpa carrier you are on probation the first year. whether you are hired at the beginning of training, or after the checkride you are on probation for a year. in that year the company can fire you for no reason, they can do what they want without cause. that first year of probation is when you need to be on your toes. at pncl your probation starts the day you start class. so if you start class on jan 1, your probation ends jan 1 the next year. and anyway, basing your employment on who hires you at first is pretty much the dumbest idea i have ever heard of. seriously,, dumb. look at the one that will give you the qol that you want. if you live in atl and not having to commute is important to you then you go with asa. if you don't care about commutes and want to upgrade as fast as possible then pncl would be good for you. if you want to have a higher hourly pay rate then rah would be good. just choose what is most important to you and go from there.
