Bendo's cost savings program of getting rid of the ground and gate help at the beginning of the summer rush really worked out well. Those 400 pax in Vegas being serviced by 4 contract employees is a fail.
I would love to hear the conversation that the LAS Airport Authority is going to have about Spirit's customer service.
This company has a limited future if it continues this way.
I see a management change coming very soon as well as no contract for years.
