Seems like a good idea but then there is no real sense of urgency for a contract because all their flying would be covered in five minutes. I would love to see premium pay of some sort in a new contract, but anything that keeps flying from getting covered is leverage for a contract. If they want us to save the operation then show some good faith with a total compensation package.
