Service slow and transfer of information was poor. Letter I received to start the intermittent leave process was confusing. I called several times to clarify and received conflicting information each time. I was told I would get a new packet, but it never arrived. Sedgewick's survey form was only geared toward continuous leave. (What is someone on intermittent leave supposed to say for Question #7 "When do you expect to return to work?") Even though I call in to submit my intermittent leave weeks in advance, I am never able to submit leave days on my timesheet. We have to play timesheet musical chairs and vacation days often get misplaced in the process. I have to check up on Sedgewick every couple weeks to help them do their job.
