I had one trade that I needed for my schedule next month, and after submitting it at at 17:00:15 or so, I got an approval about 90 min later.

So next month (with a week of vacation) I'm 20 days off (16 in a row) with 75 hours credit.

Does the SAP need to be improved? Absolutely, the company is getting away with some BS. Is it broken? Not exactly.
