Even our union assumes they are all sick abusers! Actually, its very probable that our sick policy is keeping pilots who ARE sick out of the cockpit.
If 12 people abused sick leave before, 30% more is a total of 16 pilots. When trying to determine the reasonableness of the TA sick changes, do not correlate a 30 PERCENT ALLEGED increase of "abuse" with 4,000+ (33%) of pilots PAYING THE PRICE for the abusers.
