Really, quite the opposite! Most Glorious Chairman threw out provisions of the contract designed to help prevent fatigue, and then placed all of the burden on those pilots to fly until they are too fatigued to fly any more. Pushing the boundaries of safety to bail out management's incompetence doesn't sound like a SAFE operation. They know full well that a lot of the pilots are going to fly fatigued, because pilots are mission-oriented and typically do not call out fatigued.
