But they are letting xjt spend more money. They've improved our contract incrementally with LOA's and MOUs, giving us EFBs (with no ability to use for notification), and going to offer a contract proposal with better pay rates and work rules for everyone. Who knows what's really going on.

The only way to solve that problem is with new profitable flying, for example the AAL ERJ CPA, or if UAL simply offers more money for existing flying, or getting delta to give up on the 2nd lowest clause, or a new large RJ CPA. Our performance almost can't get any better as it is, so I wouldn't count on getting any additional performance bonus revenue. A new pilot contract will only add costs. In other words, it's more of a revenue problem than a cost problem, so it seems.
