Time or target? One has to be a priority. I don't recall much time polling but there was a lot of target polling. That's all top secret information that would damage our ability to get this historic TA.

We are very fortunate to be negotiating in the most profitable time of the industry. Any other time we could get only a token raise for signing and no raise the following year followed by colas. We would probably have to make some ridiculous QOL concessions too.
