Anyone notice how much MEF flying as increased at brown year over year? Simply amazing!!

For those that don't know, MEF flying is known as Management "Emergency" flying. These are our NURPS (Non Union Replacement Pilots) that fly the line replacing union pilots when something happens and a line pilot cannot cover it. Yeah, these guys get paid off our contract rates. Stay at our contracted hotels. Eat our contracted food. Get our contracted medical benefits. Get our contracted move packages. All without paying union dues.

What really ****es me off is the amount of the increase in MEF. Simply confused!!
