I'd definitely consider a 121 regional. You get to stay current, check the 121 box, and there is generally no commitment. In some cases you might not earn the full signing bonus for leaving early, but you won't care if you're leaving for a Major.

If I go with Compass, Delta wouldn't interview me until I reached my flow opportunity (2-3 years), right? So maybe not that one if I am looking to get hired by Delta sooner rather than later? Or am I completely misunderstanding what flow is?
