I'm old and if we turn this back I'll never see the money because RA won't come back to the table anytime soon, and that's just fine.

I'm not interested that OE pullout is industry standard, for example. This was supposed to be the best place to work in the industry. For all the south guys I've flown with that have heard me say what a better company this is to work for than NWA.......this officially me taking it back.
