PSA is the only WO that has a stipulation that pilots cannot be hired onto AA outside the flow. The flow does nothing to slow down movement. Flow means movement, not stagnation. Do you need to consult a dictionary?

I really hope nobody is taking advice from this just out of flight school know-it all.
