I think the need to want to feel like we are the best treated airline pilots in the industry has somehow clouded decision making. I look around and we are literally no different than our brethren at other airlines, with very minor exceptions. The difference is weve believed that our amicable relationship with management had intangible value. So I wonder if the pilots here still believe we have this wonderful relationship? Because a take it or leave it TA with a threat of not coming back to the negotiating table does not sound so amicable to me.
