Having said that, the architect of C2K -the gold standard- told me he'd take this deal in a heartbeat. So F$#k what Heiko said.
I believe someone already suggested this but if that be the case, why not allow the membership to vote on C2K with it's pay rates and work rules? Surely if it cost the company less than POS15 as you are suggesting, the company would be more than happy to oblige?!
