PSA is advertising a flow/SSP when it has no benefit in it's current form to a new hire.

That's true. Use to be 20 years, but probably 26 right now for a new hire and increasing. Pointless benefit to those hired in the last year.

Good advice for PSA. However, the Envoy flow is a benefit to those going there and the Endeavor SSP is fairly decent benefit on top of their starting pay of $45,000/year.

Why would the length it took the last group to flow have any bearing on a pilot hired there now?
Your flow time is only dependent on the attrition above you and the hiring at mainline. Unless you think age 65 will go away, pilots can magically fly with no medical issues for age infinity, the economy will crash, and the airlines shrink, there is nothing holding back the hiring at mainline.
