I doubt anyone knows that but the HR and hiring folks. Most guys are saying that over half of their interview groups are getting the nod...maybe 60-70 percent, but that is just a wag. The dynamic and economics of pilot hiring have greatly changed here and the interview team and chief pilots that are doing the decision boards are strongly aware of that. This isn't 2008. I would bet these early rounds especially you are going to see a large majority of interviews getting hired.
