I didn't take it that way. Some of the pilots want to blame it all on the company with credit vs. block and ECON. Some of the pilots want to just blame it on other pilots being lazy and not doing their job. I think there are several contributing factors on both sides and I would never say "that won't happen to me!!" As critical as I am sometimes of the company, I don't think this is indicative of who we are as an organization or pilot group. There are several who want to cheer about this because they feel we need to be knocked off our high horse. Me personally I will just look at what I can do to mitigate the threat for myself and hope that we can work together to get this behind us. Not looking forward to my next couple trips though....
