They do NOT work for us.

When I got this job and joined my first union, I expected to be pressured to "get in line" and support my union brethren and pilot group at large...even if it wasn't in my own best interest. Instead, ALPA is pressuring me to support a contract that could have been scribed by management themselves - with a carrot of greater personal income and at the expense of the whole pilot group's QOL for years to come.

How odd and backwards is that?!?

RA's manipulation of MD and the MEC really has been (sadly) quite masterful.
