5-7 bases? That's a lot for a big regional. I can't think of another regional that has permanently closed that many bases and is still in business. How do they plan on hiring with that kind of record? Rhetorical question, since I'm really implying that they need more versatility and more bases to attract more pilots from all parts of the country.
