You are as green as they come and still have much to learn about how part 121 companies work. For a new hire you spend too much time trolling message boards. He won't wash out, PSA needs him so bad. Like the guy that got hired without any jet time, but since he "have" 1,000 P121, he's a CA. Never finished IOE as an FO, now he's a CA without any experience flying a CRJ.
That's scary...
