One step better - I would love to see the average W-2 for:
1st year FOs
2nd thru 5th FOs
5th thru 10th FOs
Ditto for captains.
That would greatly help to cut through the smoke of pay rates, cancellation vs. no cancellation pay, soft pay, trip trades....that stuff makes a non-121's head spin. o.O
Hard numbers would be awesome.
