In my opinion you don't want to consider airlines with 5-10 year FO's as there are plenty to choose from that have 1 year or less upgrades.
I heard guys are getting duped into signing up for Direct Entry Captain and then actually being an FO.
I also heard the union is hiding the fact that they plan to put in a grievance against the Direct Entry guys because it violates their contract. They just don't want to upset the apple cart until the training bubble gets caught up. Beware potential new guys!!
