It's odd you highlight this when it has been your assertion all along that a superior (and guaranteed, at least in theory) path to a legacy, a'la the "flow-through" is what would be the foundation for making Envoy the place to be. This survey directly contridicts your previous assertions.

Maybe, maybe not. It's premature to make that conclusion considering the past and the fact your management is exactly who they are.
