It's always been good to me. I love my job, the people I work with, the training I have received, and I have no doubt (in my mind) that envoy will be a great place to come to for a new-comer. It really depends on what kind of a person you are though. Personally, I feel grateful to have a flying job at all...but I worked my a$$ off to get where I am, have been on my own since I was 16, and paid for everything I have on my own. If you have an entitlement mentality, you may hate it. Make the best of what you have, keep your options open, make lemons out of lemonade, don't be afraid to work, and ignore the noise! Envoy is far from perfect, but is much better than any other company for whom I have worked.
