  • 160+ have been hired year to date
  • 2007 goal is 232, no numbers for 2008 have been drawn up
  • approx. 400 qualified applicants available to draw from currently from last app window
  • overwater/heavy requirement possibly to go away in the future
  • about 25 currently in the pool and interviewing about 10/week
