There are 13 people on the most current seniority list, between the most junior pilot awarded CA, and the most senior 9/2013 DOH pilot, (so 14 away from upgrade). Semantics though, it's still good. Upgrade is coming down fast! So long as Senior FOs keep bypassing that is. kspilot is right in that you probably were looking at the DEN FO or CHI FO list in the vacancy, instead of ALL pilots, or the actual seniority list. That would explain the discrepency you are seeing.
