Flogger tries to downplay the abusive management by equating abuse to normal management. That is not the abuse that it commits. What it is willing to do to people in order to save a dollar is so out of the mainstream that I would never have believed it if I had not seen it myself.

This airline needs to know that their reputation about how they treat people is an important part of people's decision about whether or not to take a job there. It needs to understand it matters. It does not believe it now, or it doesn't care.
