The only problem with the jetBblue/DL/AA/UA comparison for pay parity is that they have something else: PBS. They don't get monthly transition conflict, vacation conflict, they see all preassigned activity, and they don't have have min 4 days. These soft rules alone are above anyone else that has PBS. So you could have JetBlue minus 8 dollars but still come out ahead. Good luck though, hoping you get a great contract because that will only help the cause of JetBlue and Virgin. Going into negotiations it doesn't look good when a MEC recall and the MEC decision to suspend a couple sections the CBA just months before amendable date and negotiations.
