Endeavor also has FOQA data indicating some low speed events at altitude. Seems to be a common thread with CRJs up high. We've had memos and training on high altitude stalls on it but nothing like company altitude limitation changes...yet!
It has nothing to do with the CRJ. It has everything to do with pilots that pull back power and then start reading their USA Today. altitude limits won't solve that.
