Of course not. You'd have to keep canceling, and you have no cancellation pay. Which makes it hysterical you say it was such a great contract when it was voted in. A northern based company with zero cancellation pay... There where your company is making money. That alone should have been a reason to turn the contract down back then. I have friends at RAH that suffer through the winter due to missing out on 1/4 of their paycheck.
