Well that's how it's getting done. It's called exercising leverage. Its not painless, but it's what we have to do.
And it was considered a great contract when you upgraded in two years and were making enough that the cancelations didn't sting as much. Obviously it is no longer even close to adequate, which is why we are digging in and fighting hard for a new one.
