Why is that when i go to a school to talk to people about AE and what we have they say, "I don't whant to wait 5 years to make CA" Do most of you kids forget that you need 3000Hrs to be a CA in most places? If you get hired with 500Hrs its going to take you time to get your time for CA. Like a buddie of mine went to left AE to go to a "Fast CA spot" Next thing i knew he was on the street looking for a job. he lost all of his Time and had to start at the bottom of the list sitting Airport RSV. 1. Where do you want to live/ Commute to? Cause Commuting gets old fast. Just remember you are on probation and can be replaced don't play well there is a pilot shortage going on so they wont fire me card!!!
2. How stable is the place

4. Is there growth/ people moving on to biggerthings
5.is it a fun place to work, are there good people there
