The "compensation" that has been offered even under these new contracts are WHOLLY unacceptable, and inappropriate. Quick upgrades, and growth are not the concern of the employee, or a substitute for acceptable monetary compensation, and/or an acceptable QOL. As we/you continue to operate into and out of major airports, in now legacy level airliners, with mainline paint, and passengers, just consider that our total compensation is equal to less than 50% of the majors, and less than 70% of most LCC's.

We have to refuse the idea that we are inexperienced, time building, green pilots flying entry level aircraft on discretionary routes. At some point we have to define what we are worth, and DEMAND it. They definitely aren't going to give it to us without a fight! The time is NOW!
