If you're older than 40, you can pretty much be assured that you'll get an AB. The way it stands now, only the older guys who want to upgrade in 6 months are looking at the 80. We had at least 3 people in the last new hire class that really wanted the 80 for that reason. They aren't getting rid of the 80 any time soon and the 80 bases are all transitioning to the AB in some way right now, except for LAS/SFB. Ergo, movement will be swift...
