Eh, try not to paint with a broad brush. I have encountered West crews who weren't exactly cordial, but I wrote them off as an aberration. Most have actually been quite friendly toward me. Even if "the history lesson" from their FOs gets a little tiresome every time I share a jumpseat with them...
I have a lot of friends over there, most westie are great guys. But let me assure you, they don't care about you and some have disdain for you as many of your careers have already eclipsed theirs.
