To be shouldered in a jetway by a west FO during a plane swap?

To be repeatedly verbally abused on the jumpseat?

To have jumpseaters and non-reving pilots from the west get up in my face and try to intimidate me in front of passengers as I say goodbye?

To have a bag of trash thrown at me by a west FO in the terminal, again in front of passengers?



The common thread in all of these is that I had the balls to say hello and to be a decent human being. The other common thread in these is that the people who talked me out of going straight to the company were these "scumbag east pilots" who told me it wasn't worth it.
