Our management isn’t interested in cultivating a career type airline. Our ceo hates pilots with a passion. This attitude permeates throughout the company from the top down. Your first taste of this reality will be when you have a need outside of any scheduled training and/or work assignment. He is trying to lower the bar for work rules, compensation and retirement. It is his life’s mission to leave g4 with the lowest paid most over worked pilots of the industry.
Do yourself a favor, concentrate your efforts elsewhere. Ten plus year senior captains walking out the door to start over, should be your answer. How many captains from Spirit, with same relative seniority resign to go to SWA?
