Well, it sounds as though USAPA is keeping their options open based on their letter of "correction" regarding the assertions and claims of the East committee. I'm sure they're consulting lawyers, but I question in the log run (given USAPA's history) whether that if they did file a DFR suit that 5 years from now when they got their day in court, the record would leave most judges no alternative but to disamiss such suit as frivilously self-inflicted.

Who knows though ?

The West didn't get this victory (questionable at best as the arbitrators are no way required to recognize the Nic) for what, 8 years ?
